If you are in Perth, don’t forget to visit the fashionable neighborhood of Subiaco. This area, located west of Perth City, is full of trendy cafes, boutiques and a market that sells fresh fruits and vegetables.
Many locals come to the market to buy fresh fruits, flowers, food stuff and nuts (apparently the macadamia and pine nuts are quite reasonably priced here than some shops). There are also shops that sell local produce, soaps and candles.
The area is also full of trendy cafes. This one is called Café Café, we went there for the illy’s coffee (which is my favourite) and their cakes.
The cake is a bit too sweet though….
